About Us

In a world full of distraction and outside noise, we believe that everyone can benefit from speaking with someone who can listen.

Someone who can help us take a step back, process our thoughts, recognise how great we are, and chart a path forwards on what really matters to us.

Coaching with us is as simple as giving you the room to process your inner thoughts and explore what they mean for you. We aim to help people cut out the noise, grow their confidence, and achieve their goals and passions.

Joe Bunyan is an experienced consultant and coach of more than 14 years. He started his career in consulting with Accenture, specialising in user experience design, digital delivery, and then agile coaching. Clients included Kingfisher, B&Q, Argos, and the Department of Work & Pensions.

In 2017 he left consulting to pursue his childhood dream of becoming a film director. After being turned down by the National Film and Television School (NFTS), he started as a floor runner in television and film, working his way up to assistant director and producer roles.

In 2020, he released his debut documentary film, Gitonga. The film won Best Documentary at the Kenya Kisima Awards, made selection at Banff and Kendal Mountain Festivals and received critical acclaim among UK and Kenyan film newspaper critics.

In 2022, Joe returned to professional consulting and coaching, joining a major UK defence programme as an agile delivery specialist. This involves working with international governments and organisations to deliver major digital programmes.

In 2023, Joe completed the International Coaching Federation (ICF) Associate Certified Coach course with Barefoot Coaching. He now supports leaders, creatives and individuals from all walks of life. He loves helping others find clarity of purpose, build confidence, and explore what makes their heart and soul dance.
